How do I know the items are authentic?
Every item in our collection is sourced from reputable sellers, auctions, and private collectors. All pieces are verified for originality, age, and condition before being listed.
Do you offer shipping?
Yes. Smaller items ship through standard checkout rates. Larger or delicate items receive a custom shipping invoice based on weight, packaging, and destination. Free local pickup is available in Thorndale, ON.
How long does delivery take?
Most shipments within Canada and the U.S. arrive within 5–10 business days. Larger items that require custom packaging may take a little longer.
Can I request additional photos or condition details?
Absolutely. We are collectors too — we understand the importance of condition. Email collectors@filofinds.com and we'll provide detailed photos or a condition report.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature and age of vintage collectibles, all sales are final. However, we ensure transparency and provide full details before purchase. If your item arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours so we can file a carrier claim — see the Returns Policy.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes — rates are calculated at checkout via USPS. Customs duties or brokerage fees may apply on delivery and are the buyer's responsibility.
Do you offer layaway or holds?
For high-value pieces, email us — we can occasionally arrange a short hold. We don't offer formal layaway at this time.
