Filo Finds ships authentic vintage collectibles from Thorndale, Ontario, Canada to addresses in Canada and the United States.

Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number by email once your package is on its way.

Rates and carriers

• Within Canada: Canada Post — Regular, Expedited, or Xpresspost. Live rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
• To the United States: USPS First-Class International or Priority Mail International. Live rates are calculated at checkout.
• Local pickup: Free pickup is available by appointment in Thorndale, ON. Select Local pickup — Thorndale, ON at checkout.

Fragile items

Many of our items (oil cans, glass, ceramics, push bars) are fragile or oversized. We pack defensively with multiple layers of cushioning. Some larger items may ship in custom crates at the same calculated rate.

Customs and duties (US orders)

US orders may incur duties, taxes, or brokerage fees collected by your carrier on delivery. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping rate.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your package arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and item before unpacking further and email collectors@filofinds.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a carrier claim. See our Returns Policy for resolution options.
