All sales are final

Every item sold at Filo Finds is a one-of-a-kind vintage piece. Each listing includes detailed photos and an honest description of the item's condition. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, change-of-mind, or condition concerns disclosed in the listing.

We strongly encourage you to:

  • Read the full description and review every photo.
  • Email collectors@filofinds.com with any questions before purchasing — we are happy to send additional photos, measurements, or video.

Damage in transit

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, we will work with you to resolve it. Within 48 hours of delivery:

  1. Photograph the outer packaging, inner cushioning, and the damaged item.
  2. Email the photos to collectors@filofinds.com with your order number.
  3. Do not discard the packaging until the claim is resolved.

Resolution may include a refund, partial refund, or replacement (where a comparable item exists). Carrier claims typically take 5–15 business days.

Items not as described

If an item is materially not as described in the listing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will review in good faith and offer a remedy.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
