By accessing or purchasing from filofinds.com (the "Store"), you agree to these Terms.

1. Listings and stock

Each item is unique. We make reasonable effort to ensure listings are accurate, but minor variations in colour, patina, and condition are inherent to vintage goods. Stock is decremented when an order is paid; if an item sells in two channels simultaneously and we cannot fulfil, we will refund you in full.

2. Pricing

Prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

3. Payment

We accept payment through Shopify Payments. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount including taxes and shipping.

5. Returns

All sales are final. Damage-in-transit exceptions apply. See our Returns Policy.

6. Authenticity

We sell authentic vintage and collectible items sourced from auctions and private sellers. We do not knowingly sell counterfeits. Items are sold as-is in the condition described.

7. Intellectual property

Photographs, text, and branding on the Store are the property of Filo Finds and may not be copied without permission. Brand names mentioned in listings (e.g., BP, Funko, Kraft) are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Filo Finds is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Store or items purchased.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
